Cancellation and Amendment Policy

General Cancellation Terms

  • Day Tours:

    • Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the tour start time will receive a full refund.
    • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable.
  • Private Tours:

    • Private tours can be canceled and fully refunded up to 7 days before the tour start time.
    • Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance are non-refundable.
  • Gift Cards and Travel Vouchers:

    • These are non-refundable.

Minimum Number of Travelers

  • This experience requires a minimum of 4 participants to operate.
  • If the minimum is not met, we reserve the right to cancel the tour.
  • In such cases, you will be notified at least 48 hours in advance and offered alternatives, such as rescheduling or a full refund.

Weather Policy

  • Tours run rain or shine.
  • In the event of severe weather alerts or extreme conditions, we reserve the right to cancel the tour. Affected guests will be contacted with options to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Late Arrivals and No Shows

  • Tours begin promptly at the scheduled time. Guests are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes early.
  • Refunds will not be provided for late arrivals or no-shows.
  • If you anticipate a delay, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to assist you, including rescheduling to the next available tour when possible.

Amendment Policy

  • Rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours before the tour start time will be accommodated free of charge, subject to availability.
  • Rescheduling within 24 hours of the tour start time may incur additional charges, including ticket or supplier costs.

Cancellations Due to Transportation or Illness

  • For cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time due to transportation delays, illness, or other personal reasons, refunds will not be provided.
  • We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover such unforeseen circumstances.

Promotional and Discount Codes

  • Promotional codes must be applied at the time of booking.
  • They cannot be used retroactively, stacked, or transferred, and are valid for one-time use only.
  • Expiration dates, if not explicitly stated, are set at 1 year from issuance.

Travel Insurance

  • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover cancellations, delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Neither the company nor our local partners are liable for issues outside our control. Claims should be filed directly with your insurance provider.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at our discretion. Guests will be notified of significant changes where applicable.
